We set up your U.S. entity around how the business will actually run. We review your model, recommend a structure and a state, obtain the EIN, and map out what comes next: banking, payment processing, bookkeeping, and your filing calendar. Registering the company is the easy part. The decisions that matter are how you will take payments, keep records, pay contractors, sell through marketplaces, and stay current with the IRS and your state.
02/ Bookkeeping
We keep the books for U.S. companies in QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Sage, FreshBooks, NetSuite and Excel. That covers categorizing transactions, reviewing the chart of accounts, reconciling bank, credit card, payment-processor accounts, recording income and expenses on your accounting method, keeping invoices, bills, and receipts in order, running payroll, and tracking loans. We do not just post entries and move on. If something looks wrong, unusual, or risky, you hear about it that month - not at year-end.
We handle U.S. tax compliance for businesses and individuals. We get the books tax-ready, check the numbers behind them, calculate what is owed, and prepare and file the returns. That includes federal and state returns for LLCs, S corporations, C corporations, and partnerships; state income tax returns; Forms 1099; sales tax returns; individual returns on Form 1040; and other filings that may apply.
A tax return tells you what happened. Management reporting tells you why. We build out profitability by product or service line, expense breakdowns, cash flow, budget versus actual, KPIs, and results by department, project, location, or entity. We can set a monthly reporting rhythm, define the metrics worth tracking, and build interactive BI dashboards so you are running the business on current numbers.
05/ Business and Tax Advisory
Straight answers on entity structure, bookkeeping, federal and state taxes, sales tax nexus, Forms 1099, payroll, management reporting, and how to organize the finances of a U.S. company. We start with your actual numbers and circumstances, lay out the options, and tell you what we would do: what to verify, what information to gather, and what to do next.
06/ Corporate Training
We train in-house teams on U.S. bookkeeping and management reporting. It suits companies that want to build the capability internally, improve the quality of their data, and put repeatable financial processes in place.
